Inner-Self Spring / Moi-Interne Printanier

As the spring revives the divine beauty of nature,
Our senses connect to its energy, to our renewed future.
Comme le printemps ravive la nature et sa divine beauté.
Nos sens se connectent au futur, à notre énergie renouvelée.

First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting
my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin.
    Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

      Thank you very much.

Indeed the first 10 minutes are usually needed to focus your mind in writing or any creation process. The major key is to let go of the million thoughts in the mind & start to listen to your true inner guidance, the true inspiration. If you are first able to quiet your mind & find peace, universe will whisper into your heart, the words that your audience needs to hear from you. As your writing becomes a response to your readers subconscious questioning.

And to connect with that space, into your higher consciousness, the first step is always the mastery of your breath. I invite you to read the following article about breathing. This will also help in a various range of your life, as the breath is our ultimate life-force: Energized Breathing

As I can see from the incredible number of views of this post… The 2012 inner-self spring promises to be very flourishing for all.

Namaste, as mother earth breathes through us, she elevates her state of being through our actions & our thoughts.
